Is same day delivery available?
Yes. On Floral arrangements, Balloons, chocolates and soft toys, where the order is placed by 12:30pm
No. On Gifts, Hampers, champagne, whisky and wines unless delivery is for the Greater Glasgow Area, (This may then be possible) and the order is again placed before 12:30pm.
Can we make international deliveries of champagne, whisky or wines Hampers Etc?
No!
Is this a secure site?
Yes. Our site is hosted on a VPS server by Hosting Unlimited. We use Worldpay and Paypal to process payments which means we never see the customer's private payment information. If you have further questions on security please contact us.
What is your privacy policy?
Answer - we operate a strict privacy policy and none of the information that you provide when submitting your order will be passed onto anyone else or any other organisation or company.
Can I specify a precise time for delivery?
No. We cannot guarantee a specific time when your gift will be delivered. Please state if you prefer morning or afternoon, and we will make every effort to satisfy your request.
If you have a specific reason or the delivery is related to a Funeral please state this in the comments field and every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
